How can I find employers and recruiters for firms that have moved away from Cold Calling. Just let a firm where I struggled to adopt "non cold calling", Information Age ideas. I was only with this firm for 8 weeks and it became apparent that I was wasting my time there. Sales Manager wanted 60 "door swings" per day! What insanity! Nobody was making quota and any leads where taken by the SM. I did not get one solid leas the whole time.
I really want to avoid this type of company and focus on possible proponents of your methods.
Any ideas?
