About Me:
Started as a Heating and A/C helper in 1983. Worked my way through school. Navagated my contracting career to managing a large HVAC Company for a few years and then opening my own contracting Business. OSld the Business off and transitioned into a National Business Coaching position for HVAC Inductry with a large network Group affiliated with a Large Manufacturer. Began a start-up Company with my partner that develops in home HVAC replacement sales software, offers Sales training and Bolt on turn key business opportunities for HVAC Contractors.
My sales challenges and goals:
We currently have a base of 200+ subscription clients. We are having an awful time cross selling and up selling bolt on offers to our core product. Also, have an excellent opportunity with over 30,000 residential HVAC Companies across the United States. Looking to 1. leverage sales from our existing base and 2. Grow our base.
