So, it's Friday and not just any Friday - it's the first big one of the season, marking the mid-point of spring and summer. I wish I could say, I've got things buttoned up for the week, but of course, I don't! Do you? If you do, then share your secret! Naturally, I didn't expect to be still working (well, maybe I'm not at the moment 'cuz I'm blogging), but as it always seems to happen at the last minute, a client wants to make significant changes to an employee benefits presentation set for next…

My core business is coaching busy managers and professionals to help them become better leaders. I do offer telephone and e-coaching to boost the international aspect of my business, and I would love to grow this further. Any help or advice you could offer would be MUCH appreciated! There are some freebies available on my website so people can sample what I do - just go to www.catalyst-pm.co.uk and register (that gives you access to a special report on how real leaders motivate people, and also a 20minute audio class on how to make a good team GREAT.)
On the e-learning side, I've just released a great little information product for people who are new in post or newly promoted. In fact I've had some great feedback from managers who are using it to help them settle new members into their teams.
It's available on www.catalyst-pm.co.uk/new-role-success.html and is helping managers really hit the ground running when they're in the midst of that 'new role/project panic' and overwhelmed by having so much to do!
The e-book is a compilation of the work I do one-to-one with clients, and my years of experience as a project manager. I'm pleased to say that it seems to be going down a treat, and I'd really like to reach a larger audience with it - all ideas and comments welcomed!
Kind regards
Jo
I'm sure that things are similar to the US, in that companies want or need a benefit plan to encourage their employees to stay and to attract new employees. My challenge is to find the perfect balance of cost vs. coverage.
Take care.
Bob
As businesses take a look at spending and benefits I can only imagine that the topic of cost enters into your conversations regularly.
I wanted to introduce myself as a potential resource to yourself and your clients.
I invite you to take a look at the services that we offer.
I look forward to chatting with you.
Take care,
Rob
I used to be embarrassed to not have "made it by now" but I have turned that into my strong selling point, my unique selling proposition.
After being a failure in MLM for over 9 years I learned to master communication, marketing and the Internet.
I know coach others to do the same as long as they choose to consult with me.
It's easy for me now because I tell teach them what to do by know EVERYTHING about what NOT to do.
You sound like you may be a pro in that niche too :-)
Sincerely,
Malika Duke
