Hi Leonard, I would like you to help me with how to can excel in presantations as I have this feeling that I am not doing it ok and would like to get some pointers as how to go about being a good presenter. I have the product knowledge and have a lot of information but the problem is sifting which information is relevant for I sometimes find myself saying alot of things which are important but end up confusing my audience. I know that there is no single way of being a good presentor but I need to know what should I do and don't.

Hi there Leonard, I read you mini profile and said to myself if you did it and so are the others who continue to do it what is it that I am doing wrong for me to be in the right direction? I acknowledge the fact that there is no pill for one day success it goes with working hard and going an extra mile but I still feel dispondent as I am cracking my skull trying to figure out how can I get well qualified prospects without undergoing the crusome cold calling route as that's a waste my time.

Firstly let me point out that I operate in Queensland, Australia. I work for Haycroft workplace solution which provides employment services that include recruitment expertise and IR/HR advise. I particulary focus on providing a labour hire service for clients. In this arrangement we take over as employer of some or all their workers, including all payroll functions. Therefore we also assume responsibility for compliance issues. As this industry is very much bound by the laws in each respective country, I'm not sure how much assistance we can be to each other. I have a beauty business which is 2 yrs old, it takes time to build a client base from scratch, so we and always trying to get our name out there and what we do, apart from always advertising locally and also have national advertising , in magazines, TV etc, networking , referral , papers, yellow pages what else do you know that will help to bring in some more leads it takes a lot of clients to fill a days work, you may have some ideads that have worked for you in attracting clients

That would so wonderful if I could get connected with them. Some groups work 1 year out and others a few months out. I get paid by the hotel. I work for the client NOT the hotel. I work with helping meeting planners for conventions and associations who are struggling with time management. I work with these companies who want meeting management services at no cost. I show them how to get back valuable time by me orchestrating the site selection part so they can concentrate more on the structure of that meeting.
