Well,

First off, I ditch the poverty mentality! Second, I just had my programmers develop my software at the request of over 100 of my prospects.. I am getting my website redone..I have a new great product.. and now into the action plan.

I travel at least once a month and give one on one sales presentations. Prior to those, I call and arrange appointments, email literature (the traditional way). I always close some on the spot... then the rest i throw on the mailing list until they are ready to move forward. I also call from time to time to check in to see how they are ready and to maintain my relationship with them.

I have contact lists that are compiled with 100's of prospects, and I plan to use direct email campaigns (inexpensive and effective) to generate interest and hype as a service is only new once.

Also using a newsletter that is relative and informative 1-2 times a month about what is going on in the industry and tips.

Throw in a few promotions, my last successful one was a "beta" promotion that allowed hotels to be "Testers" of our new software, in turn we leased the equipment (instead of making them purchase).

I am constantly training myself and coming up with new innovative ways to shake up the sales process and make myself unique to others (so they want to talk to me and call me back).

Throw in some blood sweat and tears and ill reach my goal. Feel free to throw back some tips.. im just learning to explore this social media..
