Being fit has been the key to my attitude, which of course is the key to my sucess. Mon, Wed, Sat - 3-5 miles of running, Tues, Thurs pick up soccer for an hour, Sunday afternoon, competitive soccer league.

If you are sick of the treadmill, find a soccer game, awesome work out, tons of fun.

How many of you are performing Aerobic exercise to lose fat? Is it working? Are you spending 30, 40, 50 minutes on an elliptical and not getting any results????

This is good - I quit smoking almost 3 months ago, and have been working out since. I feel sharper than ever, sleep better, and feel healthier.

This is a great idea for a group because I firmly believe that your physical fitness directly affects your career performance!
